The 13th GLA Conference began with a Cocktail Party in Bangkok

On the evening of November 7, 2025， the 13th GLA Global Logistics Conference officially commenced with a grand cocktail party at the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.

Logistics leaders, business executives, and government representatives from over 130 countries gathered under one roof to celebrate the opening of one of the industry’s most influential global events.

Ms. Grace Sun, Founder & President of GLA Global Logistics Alliance and Executive President of the Global Logistics Enterprise Federation, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Thai government and people for their warm hospitality, and to all partners, sponsors, and the GLA team for their continued support.

She emphasized that the cocktail party is not only the prelude to the conference, but also a vital occasion for building trust and strengthening global partnerships.

Mr. Napat Watthanasan, Director of the Meetings and Incentives Department at the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), delivered a welcoming speech as a special guest. 

On behalf of TCEB, he extended a warm welcome to logistics leaders from around the world and emphasized Thailand’s commitment to becoming a regional hub for logistics and the MICE industry. 

Mr. Watthanasan expressed his aspiration that the conference would further enhance international collaboration and knowledge exchange within the global logistics sector, and he extended his best wishes for the event’s resounding success.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere — reconnecting with old partners, meeting new peers, and sharing insights about the latest logistics and trade trends. Lively discussions filled the air, as attendees exchanged experiences, celebrated collaboration, and immersed themselves in Bangkok’s charm and energy.
