From Nov 7-10, 2025, the 13th GLA Global Logistics Conference was successfully held in Bangkok, Thailand, marking a significant milestone for the international logistics community. Co-organized by the GLA Global Logistics Alliance and Global Logistics Enterprises Federation (GLEF), the event brought together nearly 2,000 logistics entrepreneurs, industry experts and representatives from business and government sectors across more than 130 countries and regions to explore innovative pathways and growth opportunities for the global logistics industry under the theme "Peaceful Prosperity · Digital Innovation · Trustworthy Cooperation." participants gathered to explore new pathways for innovation and development opportunities in the global logistics industry.

The conference's core agenda included the Opening Ceremony, the 2nd Global Supply Chain CEO Forum, the GLA W.I.L.L. (Women in Logistics Leadership) Forum, One-on-One Business Matchmaking, a professional logistics exhibition, as well as a variety of networking and experiential activities such as sports events, business tours, cultural exchanges, and city exploration programs.Among them,the signature One-on-One Business Meetings were a standout success, facilitating over 100,000 precise and efficient meetings over 2.5 days. Concurrently, more than 200 professional exhibition zones showcased cutting-edge industry achievements and innovative solutions, providing a powerful catalyst for new partnerships. The four-day conference not only highlighted the latest trends shaping the global logistics but also injected powerful momentum into the industry's sustainable development through its spirit of openness, collaboration and innovation.
Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony took place on the morning of Nov 8, 2025, Ms. Grace Sun, Executive President of GLEF and Founder & President of the GLA Global Logistics Alliance, delivered a keynote address. In her speech, she emphasized GLA's vision" to create a better world for global logistics" and its commitment to creating a seamless, efficient and environmentally sustainable global logistics ecosystem. She called upon the industry to leverage technology and strengthen supply chain resilience to navigate global uncertainties and extended a warm invitation to all partners to join the 14th GLA Global Logistics Conference and the GLA 10th Anniversary Celebration in Shenzhen, China.

Distinguished guests, including Mom Luang Supab Pramoj, Chief Advisor of Thailand-China Asia Economic & Trade Association and Member of the Thai Royal Family and H.E. Phongthep Thepkanjana, Former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, attended the ceremony and delivered remarks, recognizing GLA's significant contributions to global logistics connectivity and its proactive role in promoting industry innovation.

Key highlights of the ceremony included the official launch of theGLA International Business Academy, dedicated to cultivating the next generation of logistics leaders, which focuses on five core dimensions—insight, innovation, globalization, entrepreneurship, and future development, and the inauguration of the GLA Women in Logistics Leadership (W.I.L.L) Club, bringing together female leaders committed to diversity, equality, confidence, resilience, and leadership in the logistics industry.
A significant signing ceremony also took place, with GLA forging strategic partnerships with Siam University, Caenews.cn., and five leading international logistics enterprises, further expanding its global collaborative network.

GLA's Director of Business Development, Mr. Kamran Hafeez Malik, unveiled the network's upgraded digital ecosystem, including a new official website, the OPC product and the newly enhanced GLA Family APP. These innovations further empower global logistics collaboration by breaking geographical and resource barriers and equipping GLA members with powerful digital tools for high-quality cooperation.
During the Opening Ceremony, GLA hosted insightful panel discussions, bringing together global leaders and business association representatives from China, Thailand, the UAE, Ghana, Italy, Germany, the United States, Malaysia, and other countries and regions. Together, they discussed the theme "Peaceful Prosperity · Digital Innovation · Trustworthy Cooperation" and examined the opportunities and challenges facing the logistics industry in the context of global supply chain restructuring.

During the conference, GLA also invited esteemed entrepreneurs such as Mr. Atif Siddiqui, Group Commercial Head of CTI Shipping Services LLC Group from the UAE, and Mr. Hugh O'Connell, Managing Director of Wall Tech, to share their innovative practices and strategic insights with global logistics leaders.
One-on-One Business Meetings & Exhibition
Over 2.5 days of intensive networking, the conference facilitated over 100,000 One-on-One Business Meetings, covering all aspects of the logistics industry, from sea, air and land transport to e-commerce logistics, warehousing, customs clearance project logistics, and more. Simultaneously, GLA showcased an exhibition area with over 200 professional booths, serving as a hub for industry innovation and connecting leading service providers, technology companies, and innovators.

2nd Global Supply Chain CEO Forum
The 2nd Global Supply Chain CEO Forum, themed " Empowering Logistics for Tomorrow: Innovation, Resilience, and Technology," brought together CEOs from India, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, China, and beyond to discuss AI, digital transformation and supply chain resilience. Attendees unanimously agreed that technology-driven solutions and cross-industry collaboration are critical to overcoming the sector's challenges. Other CEOs from logistics companies worldwide also shared their experiences and practical approaches to tackling industry obstacles in diverse cultural contexts.

GLA W.I.L.L (Women in Logistics Leadership) Forum
A landmark event for the conference was the inaugural W.I.L.L Forum. Under the theme "Women in Logistics Leadership: Her Time to Shine, Collaborate and Thrive," outstanding female entrepreneurs shared their experiences, showcasing the unique value of diverse leadership and injecting a spirit of inclusivity and collaboration into the industry.

Cocktail Party
The cocktail reception marked a highlight of the conference, where logistics entrepreneurs from over 130 countries networked and formed new business connections. A representative from the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau delivered a welcome address, setting the tone for productive future collaborations.

Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner gathered nearly a thousand global logistics representatives for a grand evening of celebration and connection. A series of GLA awards were presented to recognize industry excellence and set new benchmarks. Traditional Thai performances and heartfelt birthday celebrations added warmth to the night, making it a memorable occasion for strengthening global friendships.

Sports Tournaments
The conference included three major sports events: the GLA Logistics Industry Golf Tournament, Football Tournament and Badminton Tournament. These events, held on the lush greens and courts, allowed participants from different countries to engage in friendly competition, fostering strong bonds beyond business.

City Tour
The conference concluded with a cultural tour in Thailand. Attendees enjoyed snorkeling in the clear waters of Pattaya, exploring the artistic landscapes of Nong Nooch Pattaya Garden, and relaxing in natural surroundings. The tour culminated in a sunset dinner at the Oxygen Beachfront, where guests were treated to an authentic Thai feast, marking the end of the conference on a warm and picturesque note.
